He was very rude in my opinion as he was talking over Bill and he made me feel very uncomfortable. He was trying to persuade my decision that Bill and I already discussed and had under control.

Purdy Hyundai restored my faith in new car dealerships. I came to the dealership disappointed and upset after spending a week elsewhere experiencing misleading advertising, bait & switch. Deno the sales manager greeted and introduced himself to me right away. He assured me of no games, honesty, and a pleasant experience. I’ve then met my salesman Tanner who helped me pick out the perfect venue. He spent quite some time in the cold clearing ice and snow off of the vehicle, so I could be sure to have a test drive. I was probably a little difficult to work with, but they kept demonstrating patience-kindness and honesty. F&I was not aggressive and agreed to the terms that I wanted. Save yourself frustration & just buy here. They will give you a good price.

Deno got us hooked up. Came in after a bankruptcy, needing to get a car. He worked his butt off getting us a great deal on a brand new car at price that was great and payments that fit our budget. Not the first car we’ve bought here and won’t be the last.

If I could give them a 10 star review, I would! Ismael Laguna was our sales person and he was helpful, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to get us into a really nice SUV. Candace Muse in finance was amazing as well!! She did everything she could to get us the best deal and to keep our payment within our budget. They were with us every step of the way and even checked in with us after everything was finalized to make sure we were happy and enjoying our new vehicle. Very pleased with how well this dealership’s sales, finance, parts, front desk and management worked together to address my concerns, accommodate requests, share good advice and commiserate over (other manufacturers’) vehicles that are not equipped to handle Oklahoma’s roads. I’m enjoying a commute for the first time in recent memory thanks to Purdy Hyundai. (Hyundai is a Korean manufacturer, but many of their vehicles are now made in the United States.)

I had a great experience. Lyn was kind, easy to talk to, no pressure at all, easy going. I left feeling like we could actually be friends! Deno the sales manager was nice and straight to the point. The GM even overheard a conversation I was having with my mom and offered to fix something minor/silly I didn’t like that the previous owner had added. I would buy from them again. I went to a LOT of dealerships during this car shopping event and had horrible experiences. This was a relief.

Worst car buying experience of my life and will never recommend someone to buy a car from them

I purchased my vehicle from Purdy Hyundai. Savannah, my salesperson, was kind, but the process was rushed. When I picked up the car, it had barely any gas, was dirty inside, and had multiple issues. Though they added gas the next day, the cleaning remained incomplete. I found sticky residue in the console and a broken cup holder—no response when I reported it. Worse, I discovered a transmission issue: they had to replace a part. I also had to handle an open recall myself. Despite calling management and being promised a callback, none came. The lack of care, from delivery to follow-up, made this a frustrating experience. They need serious improvement in customer service and quality control.

We came in because of the price posted online. Learned the dealership adds a $498 doc fee. So we expected that to be the price but then they added another service fee for reconditioning (servicing) of the vehicle which was over $2000. They claimed this is because of the extensive process the vehicle goes through at their facility. When driving the vehicle home the low tire sensor went off and we discovered all tires were under inflated by 10-15lbs. But the most concerning part is that after 1 week of having the vehicle , the power transfer unit on the AWD drive failed and now my newly purchased vehicle is in the shop. This transaction has left us feeling deceived and wouldn’t definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone. Additionally, we called ahead about the specific vehicle we were interested in as we live over an hour and a half away. We had an appointment time. When we got there the car wasn’t ready as promised, in fact we were told the battery was dead and it would be likely be another hour before it was fixed. So we left and came back after the battery was replaced. We should have just left and not come back.
