“ I normally deal with Chevy Dealers, but saw a car i wanted at Purdy Hyundai so went there. Found a car and went over financials with them on Saturday Gave 1,000 to hold the car till Monday wanted to check with my credit union. My credit union was so much better so went back on Monday and the financial guy already sent it threw. He was suppose to hold but did not. I was told I would have to wait till the title came in 3 weeks. Title came in went to credit union and she said i have to get the title in my name. So went to tag agency bought tag almost 1,000 went back to credit union and she said dealer needsto remove all the extra. Went back to dealer they said it would take 90 days to cancel and they where going tocharge us to cancel. Long story they kept changing things and Jim the financial guy would not even talk with us. My husband took the car back and left it there. I work hard and was very excited to get a new car but the experience I got from them was horrible. I just wanted them to remove all the extra stuff so I could go threw credit union. Very upset and just want them to fix this. ”

I arrived on Feb 5th to be told that Purdy is not honoring the deal so I had to pay 85.00. What I do not understand is, 1) am I just out the money that I paid originally? I was told Purdy is not honoring nor refunding. 2) Why did Purdy not have the decency to send something to customers letting them know of this new policy? A heads up would have been really nice. To me, that tells me they do not care about the customers, it is all about the ol might dollar to Purdy. The funny thing is, after this complete let down, I received in the mail a "$500.00 off your trade". That is about what I paid for the 8 oil changes in the first place. First of all, someone please tell the old lady sitting at the reception desk thatās itās rude to stare at people for no reason, and if she wants she can at least attempt a smile. Secondly, my husband was going in to check a truck, he was straight honest about his credit and whatās going on with his life currently; the salesman first was all in till he heard the story and then his behavior changed, acted like my husband was the only person with horrible credit and thereās nothing to be done unless there is a co-signer or a big chunk of payment is down. Also, all my husband wanted to do is take a look at the truck which btw had so many dents and the bed is extremely messed up for that price listed, and the salesman acted like we were going to take another sale from him and rushed us, offered to only unlock the doors and absolutely rejected a test drive in the worst manner I have seen. “ What sense does it make to charge over $200 for a diagnostic fee to check something that is covered by warranty? They did this to me the last time I was there ,about a year ago, they didnāt tell me about the FEE for the diagnostic and I had to pay it. I knew they would do a diagnostic but didn't think I would be charged for it since I bought my car and warranty from them and they knew I was still under warranty. I questioned them about it beforehand today and they stated they have a base diagnostic fee EVEN THOUGH ITS UNDER WARRANTY. The other Hyundai dealership I took it to, saw my car was under warranty, did the diagnostic with no fee to me, determined the issue was covered by warranty and the repairs will be of no cost to me. Granted they will take a while to fix it, but at least they arenāt ripping me off! ”
