First of all, someone please tell the old lady sitting at the reception desk that’s it’s rude to stare at people for no reason, and if she wants she can at least attempt a smile. Secondly, my husband was going in to check a truck, he was straight honest about his credit and what’s going on with his life currently; the salesman first was all in till he heard the story and then his behavior changed, acted like my husband was the only person with horrible credit and there’s nothing to be done unless there is a co-signer or a big chunk of payment is down. “ What sense does it make to charge over $200 for a diagnostic fee to check something that is covered by warranty? They did this to me the last time I was there ,about a year ago, they didn’t tell me about the FEE for the diagnostic and I had to pay it. I knew they would do a diagnostic but didn't think I would be charged for it since I bought my car and warranty from them and they knew I was still under warranty. I questioned them about it beforehand today and they stated they have a base diagnostic fee EVEN THOUGH ITS UNDER WARRANTY. The other Hyundai dealership I took it to, saw my car was under warranty, did the diagnostic with no fee to me, determined the issue was covered by warranty and the repairs will be of no cost to me. Granted they will take a while to fix it, but at least they aren’t ripping me off! ”

“ I purchased my vehicle from Purdy Hyundai. Savannah, my salesperson, was kind, but the process was rushed. When I picked up the car, it had barely any gas, was dirty inside, and had multiple issues. Though they added gas the next day, the cleaning remained incomplete. I found sticky residue in the console and a broken cup holder—no response when I reported it. Worse, I discovered a transmission issue: they had to replace a part. I also had to handle an open recall myself. Despite calling management and being promised a callback, none came. The lack of care, from delivery to follow-up, made this a frustrating experience. They need serious improvement in customer service and quality control. ”

4. Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) will not work under all circumstances. It operates above 40 mph and only when it is able to detect painted lane markings. It cannot function if the lane markings cannot be seen clearly. If the lines cannot be seen clearly due to poor road conditions, weather, or lighting conditions, it may not function. It also may not function on very rough roads, when walls, curbs or concrete barriers are close by, or if following another car too closely. Since it "sees" the lane markings using a camera in the upper windshield area, it is imperative this area be clear and free of blockage such as stickers, dirt, snow, tinting material, markings and labels. Lane Keeping Assist is not a substitute for safe driving practices, but is a supplemental assist only. The driver is responsible for always maintaining command and control of the vehicle and must keep hands on the wheel at all times. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.
