“ Very disappointing experience. The âfaceâ sales people were friendly and helpful. The finance person was good. The two guys from the office (Sales Managers?) Charlie and Dino were dishonest, arrogant and insulting. If not fired, they should never talk to a customer. You can tell when a person is over their head when they use words like âstuffâ and âthingsâ to explain answers to questions. Charlie was full of excuses that didnât connect. Lots of âused car salesmanâ phrases thrown around, but for example tried an amateur tactic to tell us the price was going to go up the next day, and that he was losing money; literally told us had $2500 more in it than the published price. Iâm sure Purdy is either a charity, or not smart enough to price things to be profitable⊠Dino takes the award for being the worst service oriented person I have met in my life. After we paid, and were waiting for car to be brought around, we were told they didnât have a second key to give us, but that we should come back the next day for a second key. When my wife and daughter returned the next afternoon, they were made to wait for a long time, then told they would have to pay for the second key. Dino came out with extreme attitude and drama. My wife simply stated that we were told we would have a second set of keys included in our purchase and were told to come back today. My daughter called her fiancĂ©e on her phone to listen to the conversation when he started becoming irrational and offensive. Dino literally pointed at my wife and told her to be quiet because he wasnât talking to her, and he also said that she had a âCruella DâVille lookâ about her. He cut both wife and daughter off several times, was condescending, angry and rude. My daughter commented that she wasnât sure she had seen a sexist attitude before, but was certain that was it. His parting shot was âDo not come back even if the receptionist calls you. We donât want to see you here until I call you.â When I look at the Purdy Group website, it says they are service oriented. Charlie fit into what a used car salesman is characterized to be. Dino is a HR liability. FWIW, I am a VP of Sales for a multi-billion dollar company, so I have a decent understanding of business and sales. ”

“ bought an Ioniq 6 a few months ago. Had a couple recalls on it, nothing major. One of the recalls was specifically for the ICCU fuse. No biggie. Take it in for the recalls about a month after buying it, purdy hyundai tells me âyup we got the error on that fuse cleared.â About two months later, that fuse fails and kills the entire ICCU. Now after having it towed to Purdy on my own dime, they assure me theyâll take a look at it and figure it out. I ask if theyâre supplying a rental or loaner, they say âah yeah sorry fresh out of those and thereâs 41 people on the wait list ahead of you, canât help.â I call two days later about an ETA and get brushed off. I had to have my wife drive me to the place and drop me off. I ask if the car is a lemon , and SUDDENLY thereâs a loaner available just for me and theyâre getting it ready and it may be two weeks, because they need a special tool and nobody has the tool and they have to order this special tool and that could be weeks, but theyâll keep me updated. I received zero updates from anyone, and didnât get any updates on what they were doing or what was wrong without calling and being left on hold until someone answered. Well after a month and a handful of days my car is finally fixed and ready to pick up today. All good everything fixed right? No. I see my car in the lot when I show up. Itâs dirty, itâs covered in smudges, and thereâs a big impact dent/bump on the bumper. I ask the guys âwhatâs up with the bump?â And they hmm and haw and take pictures and then tell me âYeah my techs donât recall seeing that, it must have been hit while we had it.â So now Iâve been assured that parts will be ordered for that and I may get a call when thatâs ready to be fixed, as of 2 weeks from this conversation nothing, Iâve heard nothing at all. The whole thing has been an absolute fiasco end to end. From recall, the fully dead ICCU, to my car getting mysteriously hit somehow while it was at Purdy, never getting any update I didnât call and badger for, and never being offered anything until I mentioned the word âlemon.â There are other dealers and mechanics in the area. my experience may be isolated, but this whole experience has sucked for me. ”
“ I was lied to that they had 3 Santa fes in my color option. I drove from an appointment to them hoping to buy one. Not only did that not have one available, they lied to me. Let's just say this was the doing of the manager!!! Shame on you mister. Have more class than that!!!! ”
“ This dealership is not worth dealing with. We got a truck from them; in two weeks the transmission went out. Which I understand it is a used vehicle, but the kicker is we never received the title when they said we would. Weâre still actually waiting for the title and weâre going on two months. Then when we would call the front desk, the lady was very rude. Then it got where she wouldnât even answer the phone when our numbers would come through on the caller ID, we got where we had to block our number. This dealership is the worse and the financing department does not explain everything thoroughly. Very bad customer service after you buy the vehicle, they donât help to resolve issues or help in anyway after purchasing their vehicles. Now with all this, it makes me wonder if they knew the truck had issues and just got it out their door as soon as possible. I would hate for someone else to have to deal with something like this. ”

“ I live in another state and told Matthew Ogle â We are out of state and need to work this out over email before getting on site.â Matthew made no comment about not being able to do this and I then continued to give Matthew Ogle countless information that was requested while I was understanding he was attempting to pull deal terms together. After roughly a week of daily exchanges, Matthew had the audacity to say they will only discuss terms and figures in-person. All the time, pictures and providing private information, Matthew and Purdy Hyundai presented false intentions of working on a deal with, as stated in my first dialogue. Matthew Ogle and Purdy are the sleazy car salesman/dealership that give other car dealers a bad name. Do not support this business ”

“ Extremely disappointed with this dealership. We had an agreement to purchase a used 2005 Chrysler Crossfire at an amazing price. HOWEVER, The salesman, Jordan, then ignored me for a week and did not respond to text, emails, or voicemails. I then spoke with the manager Jason and he completely backed out of the agreement and decided he would rather sell the car at auction. Overall I have nothing positive to say about this dealership as they wasted over 10 days of my time. ”

2. Lane Following Assist (LFA) helps keep the vehicle centered in its lane only when the lane markings are clearly visible on the road. 3. Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM) assists driver in changing lanes by providing a live view of the blind spots on either side of the vehicle and an audible alert if another vehicle is detected. Turn signal must be activated and other system limitations apply. Do not rely exclusively on BVM. It is the driver's responsibility to be aware of the surroundings and ensure it is clear before changing lanes or directions. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.
4. Blind-Spot Collision Warning (BCW) assists the driver by warning of other cars in the blind spot region. It senses the rear side territory of the vehicle when it is traveling over 25 mph. There are limitations to the function, range, detection and clarity of the system. It will not detect all vehicles or objects in the blind spot. Its operation depends on the size, distance, angle and relative speed difference between your car and other cars. BCW may not operate if sensors are obscured in any way. Do not rely exclusively on BCW. BCW is a supplemental system and the driver must still be attentive and exercise caution when driving. It is the driver's responsibility to be aware of the surroundings and ensure it is clear before changing lanes or directions. See Owner’s Manual for further details and limitations.
5. Driver Attention Warning (DAW) is only a warning to inform the driver of a potential lack of driver attention or drowsiness. It does not detect and provide an alert in every situation.
