“ I purchased my vehicle from Purdy Hyundai. Savannah, my salesperson, was kind, but the process was rushed. When I picked up the car, it had barely any gas, was dirty inside, and had multiple issues. Though they added gas the next day, the cleaning remained incomplete. I found sticky residue in the console and a broken cup holder—no response when I reported it. Worse, I discovered a transmission issue: they had to replace a part. I also had to handle an open recall myself. Despite calling management and being promised a callback, none came. The lack of care, from delivery to follow-up, made this a frustrating experience. They need serious improvement in customer service and quality control. ”
“ We came in because of the price posted online. Learned the dealership adds a $498 doc fee. So we expected that to be the price but then they added another service fee for reconditioning (servicing) of the vehicle which was over $2000. They claimed this is because of the extensive process the vehicle goes through at their facility. When driving the vehicle home the low tire sensor went off and we discovered all tires were under inflated by 10-15lbs. But the most concerning part is that after 1 week of having the vehicle , the power transfer unit on the AWD drive failed and now my newly purchased vehicle is in the shop. This transaction has left us feeling deceived and wouldn’t definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone. Additionally, we called ahead about the specific vehicle we were interested in as we live over an hour and a half away. We had an appointment time. When we got there the car wasn’t ready as promised, in fact we were told the battery was dead and it would be likely be another hour before it was fixed.
